Health & Safety Measures

Hygiene protocols fully abide by our team members. The cleaning and maintenance department uses cleaning products and disinfecting protocols against viruses including COVID-19. All suites and villas are cleaned and disinfected before check-in. Extra attention is paid in high-touch spots. Maid service and linen change are provided upon request and during the absence of the guest. Disinfectant dispensers and PPE (personal protective equipment) are placed in all rooms.

Common Spaces

Public spaces cleaning is being significantly increased in frequency. Disinfection protocols also apply in all public spaces with a focus on public showers, door handles, reception desk, room keys, outdoor furniture. Disinfectant dispensers are placed in all common areas. The furniture layout has been adapted to social distancing terms in all public areas.

Breakfast or snack is only served a la cart by our qualified members in guests’ suites or public areas.
